We have created a sustainable pipeline of conservation leaders across the globe through mentoring and customized group training programs. To date, more than 300 individuals have gained the knowledge, skills and strategies needed to maximize their conservation impact. One core program, our Training in Primatology Series (TIPS), has helped prepare aspiring primatologists from habitat countries for diverse careers aimed to strengthen biodiversity conservation. The TIPS experience has catalyzed the career growth of many, including those who have obtained advanced degrees and are now leading their own conservation initiatives in their home countries.
